Simple, practical strategies built on your child’s unique strengths for real, lasting progress without unnecessary complexity.

Meet Camille…

Restoring & Maintaining Hope for Your Child’s Future

Camille R W Silva, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA–a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with nearly 15 years of experience supporting families raising children with autism, ADHD, and related challenges.

After spending years in both clinical and leadership roles in ABA agencies, she founded Innovative Behavior Consulting because she saw too many families struggling with rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches that didn’t honor their real lives. She wanted to create something different: a small, boutique practice that puts families first.

Her support is Family-centered, focuses on real-life skills such as communication, daily routines, transitions, developmentally appropriate independence, emotional regulation, and co-parenting across households. Camille delivers support with deep care and intention — she maintains a small caseload so she can give each family her full focus.

Her Approach

Camille believes every child has natural preferences for spending energy, gathering and processing information, decision-making, and organizing the world around them. Rather than trying to fit the child or family into a standard program, she helps parents understand and work with their natural patterns to create practical, everyday strategies that fit their unique family rhythm..

Her support is:

  • Delivered with a small, intentional caseload
  • Family-centered, not just child-centered
  • Practical and flexible for real families
  • Private-pay so we can move at your pace without insurance limitations

Her Background

  • B.A. in Psychology
  • M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oregon
  • Nearly 15 years of experience across interventionist, training coordinator, clinical supervisor, and regional director roles
  • Mom to a wonderful 4-year-old, which gives her deep empathy for the daily realities of parenting

Camille lives in Lake Oswego with her family and is passionate about serving families in her local community with in-home support, while also offering virtual options.

Her Promise

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, feeling overwhelmed by daily routines, or navigating co-parenting across two households — her goal is simple: to help you feel hopeful again while giving you tools that last a lifetime, not just during your time together.
